Born and raised in Southern California, Rosie began her real estate career when she founded her own Appraisal Firm while attending college. With an appraiser's understanding of real estate and values, she entered the financial side of the business as a mortgage broker. She founded Capital Financial Advisors, Inc in December of 2000 with the intention of building a boutique firm tailored to suit the needs of specialty loan clientele.
After 15 years of working almost exclusively with Estate Planning Attorneys, CPA's and clients of Certified Financial Planners, Rosie has developed a deep understanding of the role a mortgage plays in the wealth building process.
She currently holds a California Brokers License and is actively involved with the California Association of Mortgage Brokers, National Association of Mortgage Brokers, British American Business Council and the Beverly Hills Estate Planning Council. She is also an active member of the Beverly Hills Board of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors.
She was honored to chair the Del Mar Garden Tour and has been a guest on The Financial Advisors with Aubrey Morrow, KKGO radio in San Diego. Rosie has authored several mortgage columns for the Del Mar Times and has been interviewed by Money Magazine.
Rosie and her 16 year old Weimaraner split their time between San Diego and Los Angeles.
