Born in White Plains New York, John began his mortgage career in 1999
as a wholesale account executive with a leading national mortgage bank. His
success in this position quickly shot him up the ranks, affording John
the position of Regional Vice President of Sales in early 2005. Requiring
relocation to Southern California, John was responsible for driving $2.4
Billion in annual residential mortgage production, originated by his sales
team of 60 direct reports, spread throughout 6 westerly states.
In early 2007 a major national savings and loan recruited John for the role of
Regional Sales Manager overseeing a team of the company's most elite sales associates,
servicing their high net worth clientele. Recognizing the opportunity this
presented John quickly rose to the challenge, increasing market share and client
retention by 35%.
With his extensive wholesale banking background and key industry contacts in
place; John embraced his entrepreneurial drive in late 2008 by joining Capital
Financial Advisors Mortgage, Inc. with the goal of developing a new team of retail
loan officers strategically focused on growing the concierge division servicing
high net worth individuals. As a result of John's efforts the firm has
achieved it highest level of production, customer service and overall client
satisfaction since inception.
John resides in Huntington Beach with his wife Katie and their dog Dallas.
