Originally from Long Island, New York, Anne came to California in 1996 to work with Home Savings in their mortgage lending division. After 15 years with institutional lenders including Midlantic Home Mortgage, Chemical Bank, Home Savings and Washington Mutual, Anne joined Capital Financial Advisors, Inc. in 2001 during its infancy.
Her diverse knowledge of lending with an expertise in underwriting has added to the success of Capital Financial Advisors, Inc.'s boutique lending niche of super jumbo, hard to place and high net worth loan clients. She has recently expanded the product base of Capital Financial Advisors to include super jumbo construction financing.
She resides in the San Fernando Valley with her husband, three children and two dogs.
